Estate agent HIPs

When marketing a property you need to obtain a Home Information Pack (HIP). NBM offer a cheap conveyancing quotation for obtaining a HIP so that you can get your property on the market. By having your own HIP you can switch estate agents without arranging a new HIP. Usually Estate Agent prepared HIPs belong to the estate agent that paid to have it prepared and are non transferable.
