If you want to practice in England or in Wales you must pass the Council for Licensed Conveyancer. This exam can be taken normally while you are working. If you are not done with your graduation and you want to take CLC then you must have four GCSEs which include English. The grades must be in the range from A to C.
Along with all these degrees personal skills are also important. With good communication sill you also should have adequate negotiating skills. You must know how to work in a team as a team worker. You must be confident, prompt and last but not the least self- motivated.
You have to complete practical training of 1200 hours to get CLC and it is a must. This helps you to improve your communication ability and also helps you to gain self-assurance for future jobs. During the course you will learn all the legal procedures as well as conveyancing methods and conveyancing laws. The moment you are done with your preparation you are good to go for getting the license.
