Personal skills are also important as the educational qualification. With good communication ability you must have adequate negotiating skills. You must need to be a good team worker. You also should be confident, prompt and most importantly self- motivated.

You must complete practical training of 1200 hours to get CLC. This will help to improve your communication skills and also will help you to gain poise for future jobs and your instructor will also get the opportunity to prepare you as a good conveyancer. You will learn all the legal procedures during the course as well as conveyancing methods and conveyancing laws. The instant you complete your preparation you are good to go for getting the license.

Those who have some prior knowledge or experience in land transferring, they will get jobs easily. The aspirants for conveyancer must know to
