The communication was excellent and the service provided was very professional. I was not able to meet the solicitor in person due to the long distances, however, this wasn’t a problem as I was able to post everything and phone or email was promptly dealt with. The case tracker system was extremely helpful and gave me peace of mind that paperwork had been received and my case was being dealt with every step of the way. Thank you.
