my purchase was concluded yesterday and i have nothing but praise for NBM Law.It took just over 2 months, which in my opinion is normal and would have been much less if not for a mis directed communication by the local council office with the searches. i was kept up to date and informed with every stage through the tracker scheme and whenever i called the office was ALWAYS put through to the allotted solicitor, Tony who was very thorough and is now dealing with a sale for me. i had several quotes prior to appointing them, the last was £1800 more than NBM’s quote!!! i would not hesitate in recommending them and so glad i decided to ignore any uncomplimentary comments shown on online forums.
